My name is also Jim Tolley. I'm a photographer in San Francisco, and I'm interested in starting a blog of my own.

I see that you haven't been posting to your blog in a number of years, and if you are not intending to use this blog name I was wondering if you might be willing to transfer it to me.

If not, I understand. If you are willing, I actually have no idea how to transfer the name but I can try to figure it out (apparently it is possible).
